STEPHANIE SCHROEDER

Stephanie Schroeder is the Principal and Founder of Alchemy Studio, a New York–based interior design studio recognized for its architectural sensibility and quietly striking interiors. With a Master of Architecture from Montana State University, Schroeder approaches design through the lens of structure, proportion, and spatial clarity—combining refined materials and restrained forms to create spaces that feel effortless, layered, and distinctly modern.

She later refined her approach through roles at several architecture and design firms in New York, focusing on multifamily and private residential projects throughout New York City and Florida, and contributing to a number of notable developments along the way.

Today, through Alchemy Studio, Schroeder leads a portfolio spanning multifamily developments including The Lumin, The District 225 Miami, The MC BK, The Windsor BK, One Sunset, The Longview, Nova Astoria, and 834 Pacific Street, alongside a curated collection of private residential new construction and renovation commissions.

Her work blends architectural clarity with an artistic edge, creating interiors that feel modern, confident, and quietly magnetic.
